His professional journey includes valuable associations with renowned hospitality and food & beverage chains such as Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, New Delhi; Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd.; Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd.; Manhattan Bar Exchange; Vapor Pub & Brewery; Agent Jack’s by Brewer Street; and Brewer Street Pub & Brewery, Gurgaon. These experiences have equipped him with deep operational insight and strong industry exposure across premium hotel and restaurant segments. Mr. Rakesh is a Certified Trainer in Food & Beverage Service (Steward Level–4) accredited by the Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skill Council (THSC). At Visan Hospitality, he plays a pivotal role in training and mentoring students in Food & Beverage Service, focusing on industry-ready skills, service excellence, and professional standards. In addition to technical training, he leads personality development and grooming sessions, contributing significantly to students’ overall professional growth.
